Cannery Row is a unique and urban-style community in the idyllic suburban setting of Historic Old Town Sherwood. Built in 2013, it is the one and only new A class community in Old Town Sherwood, an area that has multi-family construction constraints. The community offers 22 different floor plans throughout 101 units. The community includes 16 studios, 46 one-bedrooms, 22 two-bedrooms, and 11 three-bedroom units, as well as six one-bedroom loft apartments.
The community is divided into two urban buildings; the east building contains 48 units, a resident lounge with fireplace, full kitchen, and flat screen TV. The west building contains 53 units as well as a seating area with fireplace, and a fully-equipped fitness center with flat screen TV open to all residents. Cannery Row contains two three-story buildings with brick-sided exteriors and elevator service.
